Trusted by Global Leaders to
Solve Engagement Challenges
Stop Guessing, Start Architecting
I help senior leaders solve engagement problems, architecting the motivation and behavior change that make their products, learning programs and AI rollouts succeed.
Drawing on two decades in game design, behavioral science and learning science, I partner with executives at companies including Google, Microsoft and Toyota, and I’ve briefed senior leaders including a prime minister, a US Navy admiral, and multiple consul generals on engagement, behavioral design and AI in leadership.
My background includes shipping critically acclaimed titles at Electronic Arts, Maxis and PlayFirst that reached tens of millions of players, and I currently teach engagement design at Stanford’s Graduate School of Education.
Today, much of my work focuses on helping organizations address the human side of AI, the engagement, learning and behavior change that turn AI investment into real impact.
Currently accepting a limited number of advisory engagements and executive programs for 2026.
